Today is a present, enjoy it.

By Joy W.
Sometimes, an opportunity only knocks at the door once, and if you don’t answer it at that particular moment, then you will never get another chance. Life is tough, and most of the time we spend our days wondering why things go the way they do.
Life is filled with surprises, but many are good ones. If you don’t keep watching for them, you will miss half the excitement.
Don’t waste the time you have here on Earth.
When you are met with challenges, welcome them. They’ll leave you wiser, stronger, and more capable than you were before.
We are here only for a short moment of time. An average of 70 years seems long, but it goes faster than we realize. It’s so incredibly important to live every day to its fullest potential. When you are 80 years old and lying on your death bed, do you want to look back and think of things that you wished you had done?
When you make a mistake, be grateful for the things it teaches you. Resolve to use that lesson to help you reach your goals.
Life is only wonderful if you leave yourself open to be part of it. It’s also important to decide exactly what you want. Then keep your mind focused on it, and be prepared to receive it.
Let go the things that weigh you down emotionally and spiritually. Remember that your choices will create your successes and your failures. Think about it.

If you had one day to do anything you wanted, what would that be?
Probably you would sing even if people had told you, ‘never sing’.
So why don’t you sing today?

You may feel like jumping as you feel your strength surge from the top of your head to the sole of your feet. You’ll try to touch the stars. You will jump into life like you dive into water: head first with no regrets or worries.
You are likely to tell everybody you love that you love them rather than putting it off or waiting for another day. Remember, you have just one day. Surely, you’ll live; life is for living, not waiting.
Laugh loudly, and feel it from your stomach all the way up to your brain; and meet the people you wouldn’t have met before.
A hug, however, is forever. Do wrap your hands around those in need, those who feel abandoned.
Leave the past in the past. Today is a present. Relax and let yourself go as you enjoy today. Give life everything you’ve got, and life will give its best back to you.
